Account
The Account page shows the current account state and the account-level actions that affect your data. Use it when you need to review your service plan, check usage limits, delete account data, or close the account.
Use this page before large imports
If a record import, report creation, or dashboard creation fails because of a limit, check Account first. Records, reports, and dashboards each have their own usage counter.

Account Overview
The account overview includes the main information AutoROICalc uses to show your current plan and usage.

Account Actions
Use the usage cards to understand current consumption before importing data, creating reports, or building dashboards.
Common checks:
- Records usage before large imports
- Reports usage before creating templates or one-click solutions
- Dashboards usage before setting up recurring dashboard emails
Account data deletion clears the working data in the account while keeping the account itself.
It can remove:
- Records
- Reports
- Dashboards
- Settings
- Scheduled integrations and related integration items
Data deletion is destructive
Use account data deletion only when you intentionally want to clear account content. Export any records, reports, dashboards, or settings you need before continuing.
Account closure is stronger than deleting account data. It removes the account itself after confirmation.
Account closure can remove:
- The user account record
- Identity and login-related account data
- Service tokens and web event tracking tokens
- Account settings
- Remaining account-owned content
Closing an account removes login access
Closing an account is intended for permanent account removal. After closure, the account cannot be used to log in.
Before Deleting or Closing
Before using either destructive action:
- Export important records from the Records page.
- Export reusable reports or report bundles.
- Export appearance settings if you want to reuse them in another account.
- Review scheduled imports and dashboard email reporting.
- Confirm that no shared report links or dashboards still need to be available.
Confirmation is required
The app asks for confirmation before deletion or closure is submitted. The backend also uses a short-lived confirmation token for the request.
